Very Nice product.I like it.Good working

Bought this product couple of weeks back. First time product delivered was not so good as there were finger marks all over the steel surface as if it is used one. Moreover there was a crack in base plate therfore had to raise a complaint. The replacement of product was quick and this time the product delivered was in proper ibell company packing box (which wasn't there in first instance) and in good condition. Don't know why they delivered the defective product without ibell box simply wrapped inside the Amazon secondary packing box. They could have sent the right product in the first delivery only so to save lot of time and effort wasted in calling and coordinating for replacement. This replaced product is so far so good. Using only for warming water. No issues yet. Its a great value for money product. IBell has also given 2 years extended warranty which is an added advantage. Overall satisfied except the first incident as mentioned above which was a delivery issue and not the product issue. The product is good.

ibell product qualys is not good, within 3 months I got problem for more than 2 times. Moreover ibell service from Kerala team , they are the worst ever worst response. I have been using this Kettle for the past 3 years & it has been very useful & convenient. As it is Stainless Steel one, very sturdy & Trendy too & easily operated by moving the Kettle away from the base & pour hot water for making Green tea etc. As it has auto shut off, you can do your other work by starting the Kettle. I have found this Kettle very useful & convenient especially in the winter season & other seasons too. Very reasonable price with 2 year's guarantee & backed by excellent customer service. We are extremely happy with this Kettle.

1. Keep Water at bottom always if your using constantly to avoid blisters.2. Don't overheat and try for maximum warmness regularly it may cause blister at bottoms ( Every kettle with this range has this issues).3. 2 year warranty is an addon so that if any issues arises you can claim replacement.4. Cord length is bit short ibell will take care about it in future surely.5. Capacity of Thermostat is tremendous for fast warm of heater and cutoff works well so far.6. WARRANTY IS 2 YEARS SHALL SEE THE SERVICE EXECUTIVE RESPOND IF ANY ISSUE ARISES IN FUTURE . So far the respond for registering the 2nd year warranty by i bell warranty issual executive was very good.7. Overall a good product at this price range bought for my dad he loved it. In have been using it for more than 1.5 month now. Product is excellent. Top of the jug is broad enough for cleaning. Material and good quality. It will easily earn water in 20 seconds (500 ml), I haven't time full capacity but I think it will not take more than 60 second to warm 1.2 liter.This is not a silent jug, it creates noise while warming up water ( I find this as a useful property, which won't let you forget you have kept water in jug)Keep cleaning jug inner bottom every week to avoid surface getting full with nonresistive particles.
