I ordered a black one and got white other than that the phone is okay

It’s good as a wall phone

While the phone is light weight and easy to use.Easy to program.Basically a plug and playThe cord from the phone to the headset is extremely shortThe volume is really low, even on the highest setting.On the speaker setting I could hear the person on the other line great, but they couldn't hear me back.This is crazy to me, because hearing gets worse as you get older. And that is pretty commonly known, so why is the volume so low?

I got this phone for my mother with dementia. I liked this phone because of the big buttons and the redial buttons on top. I glued pictures of the persons that she calls often on the redial buttons and that was much easier for her to make a call. I also liked that it did not have very many buttons for her to push. She gets confused and will just start punching any button she can.

Purchased this phone for my elderly brother in assisted living. Worked fine for 2 months and then lost ability to make calls (no dial tone) and also would not receive calls.Double checked network and all connections. Took phone home to my house where I know the pone lines work and sure enough, it is dead.If you want a phone that dies in two months, then this is what you should buy, otherwise, look elsewhere.

Ease of use is great! Unfortunately, you can barely hear the caller with volume on Max. You have to ask them to talk loud in order to hear them..... Half unhappy, if that makes sense.
