Take it every three hours at the start of a cold until you feel better. No jitters, no sleeplessness, just relief. If it does not stop the cold it will shorten it. I can only find it on the east coast in stores and was buying from a friend who lives there. So I was thrilled to see it online. Watch out for prices that are too low. I have received some that seem questionable.
