Bought a Double and a Single one for backup After 6 month of usage on the Double, the leftside stop working, no power issue. Contacted customer service for warranty claim, 3 week later got a respond for me to troubleshoot the equipment before sending it in to California Repair Center at your shipping cost. They don't stand by their return or replacement warranty as written on their return policy. Delayed in respond . Nothing but the run around and headache. Save yourself the time and buy other product.The Single one, used a few time after the Double completely not working, the heating element does not heat up but power on. BOTH equipment fail after 9 months of usage and top it all off it trips my breaker when both is in use. Beware Danger!

Purchased this waffle maker and iam loving it. Makes perfect bubble waffle.

This product is poorly designed. It was tripping my breakers whenever I turned both burners on. I thought it was a faulty breaker which is why I didn't return it right away. After consulting with an electrician, it was determined that my breaker is functioning as intended and this waffle maker is designed in such way that it attempts to draw 23 amps through a 15 amp plug and easily trips my 20 amp breaker. I want to return it, but it's beyond the return window now.
