A Must-Have Upgrade!
TL;DR: Just buy it already. It’s sturdy, the design and cable management features are well thought out, and it gives you two ways to mount it to your desk. Assembly is easy, although I had a minor issue with my monitors that was easy to work around. Best desk upgrade I’ve done! An inexpensive upgrade, especially for the value it provides.— Full Review —I’ve wanted to buy a dual monitor mount for almost a year now. The big issue I had was that the desk I use has no place to mount a c-clamp as the back is semi-closed. I figured I’d wait until I get a new desk. Then, this product came up in my recommendations and it had a grommet mount. I bought it as soon as I saw the high rating (stars and # of reviews). And, I have to say, it does live up to the reviews.— Assembly —Assembly was fairly straightforward. The hardware is packaged well and labeled clearly. Allen keys are provided, but you need your own screwdriver. The instructions are good. I did run into one issue — the VESA plate fit a little loose on the back of my monitors. I thought I needed to tighten the screws more, but stopped because these are easy to strip and I didn’t want to accidentally damage my monitor by over tightening. I had some small, soft spacers on hand in my pc toolkit, so I used two per screw and that made it fit perfectly.— Features —I appreciate the features this comes with. There is a cable management system (clips) on the stem and the arms. You need 3 different size Allen keys (included) to assemble and make adjustments and there is a spot on the stem to store them.— Usage —I can’t speak to moving the monitors around too much as I got them into the position I wanted them and don’t plan on moving them again. But, adjusting the height, angle, and position to get them to where I wanted was fairly easy. I had more issues with the height adjustment as the nut that controls that is hard to grab. But, I was able to get everything perfect fairly quickly. You need to use one of the Allen keys to make adjustments to the arms. I’m pretty sure you can loosen the bolts if you know you’re going to be moving the arms around a lot. I keep mine tight to keep everything fixed in place. And this thing is STURDY. I have no concerns about the monitors falling or even moving out of position accidentally if I somehow bump them. If I pull on the stem I can lift or move my whole desk. This thing isn’t going anywhere.— Final Thoughts —If you’ve read this far, just buy this already. It’s a major upgrade from having two monitors on your desk. My desk is pretty small, but it’s now actually 100% functional for my work. And, it’s inexpensive, especially for the value it provides! My only regret is that it took so long for this to come up in my recommendations.

Sturdy! Great way to free up desk space.
This was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. I tried to install on a desk that’s up against a wall, which left limited room to tighten, but was able to do it and holding together well. It comes with parts for a desk with a pre installed hole as well, so if you are just mounting on the side of a desk, you will not use all the parts.

I think this is an excellent product for the price
I think this is an excellent product for the price.=== INSTALLATION ===Not too difficult. Took me about half an hour. This is my first time with a stand like this and maybe that contributed to the installation time. The nut tightening requires a lot of force. My monitors are a bit old and thus weigh more than most current monitors that are 22" (about 10lbs per monitor). The product does say that it can support up to 22lbs per monitor. I am a bit skeptical of that claim. I won't attempt more than 15lbs per monitor. The construction is all metal (would not expect anything less for a desk mount) and is very sturdy. The quality is very good, especially considering the price. Although only time will tell whether I'll have to re-tighten the tilt bolts (which seems to be an issue for a lot of people with different desk mounts). The mount itself has felt cushion to protect the desk (although the clamp that goes under the desk does not have any protection - so if you care about your desk's underside then you will want to put some padding there).=== TILT ADJUSTMENT ===The tilt adjustment, just like most VIVO stands, requires you to hold the monitor in place while you tighten a hex bolt. This works fine except for a small mistake design wise from the manufacturer. The left monitor arm's hex head is facing inside rather than outside. This makes it more tricky to tighten the bolt. Nothing major, just thought I'd mention it.=== MONITOR HOLDER/MOUNT ===The holder for the monitor is very nicely made. It has extra grommets for monitors (such as mine) where the mounting screws must go into a recess or the backs are curved, or both. Both length of screws are provided in case your monitor is perfectly flat on the back and does not have a recess for the mount.Another interesting feature is the way it slides onto the arms. The holder (after mounting the monitor on it) will slide onto the arms and sort of lock in place with a small bolt poking out of the swivel head. This head goes into a hole in the monitor mount. Your secure the monitor by screwing a small head on this bolt thereby making sure the monitor doesn't fall. I found this very easy to mount due to this feature alone.==== CABLE MANAGEMENT ===I'll admit up front that I am not a good cable manager (as you can see from the photos). The product does come with attachments on the arms and one for the metal pole to guide your cables. Good enough for me, but may not be up to far for some people who want the cables to be hidden inside the arms (can't do that here).=== TOOLS REQUIRED ===All tools are provided except for a Phillips screw driver. I would recommend having an extra person around to help hold the monitors in place while you tighten the bolts.Overall, a great purchase. I might purchase another for my family.
