Excellent product. No tools required. Watched a quick YouTube video then opened up my tomtom with a butter knife.Total repair time from opening the packet to finished: 5 minutes.The only problem I had was having to provide some double sided tape to keep the battery in place. Other than that the job was a cinch.7 year old tomtom pro truck 620 restored to new!!!

Cable is a little longer than original but tucked in nicely, fits tomtom go professional 620 (4PN60), if you find it hard to open your tomtom when you get a grip with some pry tool pull towards the screen and the clips pop out nicely they are about inch apart. I didn't disconnect the screen and ATM works fine just charging up to see how long will it last on full charge.

Came with all tools needed to open sat nav , unfortunately was wrong battery so ordered another one , really hard to unclipped case and on my model there was 2 screws at bottom

My husband is so thankful he doesn't have to get a new GPS . After putting the battery in, the old one is working great! It wasn't hard to install either.

Failed after 2 hours, waste of money

Battery was fine - the kit I purchased separately to open the tomtom was not - I'm doubtful that the kit that could be purchased with this would suffice but I do not know

I'm not knocking the product but when I installed the battery by the method recommended in a youtube video, that was the last time I saw any display on my tomtom's screen. As someone who has built 2 pc's I think I know my way around electronics but this proved otherwise. Seems car sat navs are just another disposable item that last only a few years and must then be replaced.
