There are two pieces, one for smaller caps and the other for larger, maybe jars. They are so easy to use. If you don't find just the right size, you can use one a little bigger by putting a paper towel over it, sometimes doubled and it works easily. I have bad arthritis in my left hand and I found it's easier for me to hold the bottle with my right hand and just push down and turn with my left. This company should get an award for great packaging. There is a plastic cover over cardboard, but it has a place to open it instead of getting out the scissors. Very effective and easy to use - highly recommend this product

Purchased this for my mom who is suffering from arthritis and has difficulty with grip strength.I saw other products but I felt this was best because it was simple and did not require squeezing a device to open a bottle of water.My mom loves this! She no longer has to ask for assistance when opening a bottle of water or a soda. It gives her a sense of independence again. The built in magnets are great, mom keeps these 2 on her refrigerator and they are always readily available when she needs them.This product cost more than others but it's well worth the extra money, especially for the independence it gave my mom again!

I love this bottle opener set. Have had a hard time opening bottles for a long time, with arthritis in my hands. Then had shoulder surgery, so only one useful hand, and it was impossible. Tried these, hoping that it didn't take any effort to just hold the bottle still with my limp hand, while using the tool in my good hand to easily do all the work, and it doesn't. Could also use knees or thighs to gently hold the bottles. It works great! I've used several different sizes in the set. Seems a bit expensive, but is very well made so should last, and I'm worth it.

My lupus has made my arthritis in my hands so difficult to open soda and even water bottles. This does the job, it is very easy to use and I do not have to be depressed for the rest of my life to not be able to open any bottle capped items. Magnet still works after months of use. My only complaint is that the cap is really hard to remove after the first initial opening of a new bottle. I do not need to tighten back the first opening of a bottle, so I do not need to use this tool after the first opening. So when I try to get the cap out of the tool, it is pretty tight in there so that is a little annoying. But an easy fix; just put the cap back and retighten it until it can get off the tool. I would still recommend and like using this

The bottle openers work great. I have terrible arthritis in my hands and I always had to ask someone else to open things for me. No problem as long as someone else is around. These assure I have independence. It takes very little effort to open soda or water bottles. Great quality. Highly recommend.

AUTISM/SPECIAL NEEDS PARENTS TAKE NOTE!My precious adult autistic son has been using his teeth to open water bottles for the better part of his life. (I am just not always in the room when he wants to open a bottle, and he doesn't always stop to ask me for help. UGH. AND MUCH TO MY ANGUISH, he ultimately chipped one of his teeth doing this for so many years!!)I had tried some of the other tools on the market - they look like pliers - but they are made of plastic, don't grip well, and require the fine motor skills and strength we are still working on.This tool works great! I used a sharpie marker to mark which hole is the one he needs for water bottles. He seemed to get the hang of it pretty quickly, and the best part is that it magnetizes right to the fridge, so it is easy for him to reach when needed.The water bottle-sized hole is only found on the mini size opener. (Bummer you can't just buy the mini separately) I just ordered the "Magic Opener Extreme" as it is described the best size for water and soda bottles excusively. Fingers crossed it works as well, so that I can just order exactly what we need.Cheers and best of luck!

I ordered this for my special needs adult daughter who has trouble opening water bottles and fruit water bottles. With all the reviews stating how great this is and easy to operate I ordered this double pack so more bottle top sizes were on hand. Well this is useless to us! With a lot of effort I can get it to open Walmart store brand water bottles, but it has to be held just right to twist the top. And then once you break the seal you either have to remove the opener and then take the cap off or the cap is stuck inside the bottle opener and you have to use the opener to put the cap back on. What a pain!!!I tried this opener on all the bottle tops we have in the house and only 1 bottle fit inside this opener - even using the paper towel trick recommended in the instructions.There are all kinds of different size cap fitting options (16) on these openers and I'm stunned that only one actually fits (and very poorly at that). I don't get all the great reviews, I don't think I have odd sized or uncommon water bottles (Walmart brand and Aquafina are pretty common).So we went back to a very basic bottle opener that my daughter is able to use and it works well on many sized bottles.
