you're being cheated (?)/ compromised for sure
The tabs are manufactured undersized (?) / cut down, as a deliberate customer deception (?) or cost saving to them to just under 7/32nds, about 12.5 % smaller than the .25" you'd expect. a .25" lug should be a snug fit - the metal to metal contact area IS greatly reduced compromised. they don't specify .25" lugs, however, and it's larger than 3/16ths. the pic shows no gaskets and TA-DA > no gaskets. Also : "NOTE: Please allow slightly measuring deviation due to manual measurement." like there is someone sitting around with a micrometer checking specs and QA? glad my project got this far this quick so I can plan to get my money back. there has to be a better spec'ed item out there
