Good!
It's been about 2 weeks and they are working great for my fog lights. I do not use them much, but when I do they work well with consistent light color. No cancellors needed on e83 x3.

Hmmm. Not so much.
I have had a DDM Tuning HID kit in my car for 8+ years. The car is wired such that the low beams are always on while the car is running - I'm guessing that my HID system gets a bit more use with the constant-on and the frequent on/off cycling of the ballasts every time the car is driven. One of the original ballasts failed and I thought I could just replace one ballast with one of these.Nope.On my first order, one of the two ballasts was DOA. The second ballast put out a lower voltage than my DDM so the bulb color went from a warm white of 4500k to a more blue-ish white.Ordered a replacement set of ballasts. This time they both functioned and they both put out a lower voltage resulting in color shift.Ordered a whole new kit from DDM Tuning so that I could get a decent ballast and have a backup with some spare bulbs.Avoid wasting your time and money with these if possible.

Works as advertised
Not sure how long these will last but they do work on my H1 35W HID bulbs. Bright and replaced the aging ballast that was on there before. No complaints so far.

Works but seems like the Ballast struggles to output the light slightly flickering after install
My Hid kit i bought and installed in 2015 . I have had ro replace burnt out bulbs about every 4 years.so a few weeks ago on side went out I assumed it was the bulb. I replaced the bulb still nothing . Original Ballast finally burned out after 10 years .Bought these as a cheap replacement. These ballast are smaller than original. But can tell it's not as heavy and quality feel of the originals.Yes install was quick swap and they work butt slight flickering. On one slight I have a 10 year old ballast and 3 years bulb. Solid white blue Hid.The new side I replaced brand new 5k bulb with one of these ballast. Not a solid slight flickering yeas it's white blue close to other side but not solid Hid.Long story shorties it works . But it seems now like it's struggling to put the output. So like other says might not last more than a few months . The car is old and if I was keeping longer would go with more expensive ones or Led.

Make sure you buy the right wattage
These ballasts are very good I use them all the time. Just make sure you get the right wattage you want for your light. I use 35w and one day I got 55w by mistake. It completely changed the color of the light.
