Can you just use it for a month and it'll go away or do you need to use it forever?

I have been using it for 2 months so far. I take daily and it seems to be helping my PH stay on point. Also, if you suffer from BV, then also try the Flora PH balance vaginal suppositories...I also got off Amazon. These 2 products in combination, I feel so fresh and clean all day. If you try the vaginal suppositories, I used 2 nights in a row and my BV was gone. Then I use once a week and it keeps everything balanced. Idk why but after having my daughter in September 2017, everything was out of whack. Now things are perfect bc of these products! Hope this helps!

Do I need to store this in the refrigerator?
