Works amazing I always take one before and after a period but beware it will jumpstart your period works a lil tooo well but love it because it just make me feel clean and healthy great taste also I don’t particularly like cranberry but it’s good. Price went up but it’s definitely worth it ! And last me a great 2 months definitely will be subscribing to have it come in monthly 🙂‍↕️! ( side effects period will start early 😭)

They don't help a bladder infection like an antibiotic. But I read that they create a slipper border in the bladder where everything flushes out and the bacteria can't cling to anything. Just evacuates when you urinate. Easy to swallow and I fell like it works well. Helps with bladder irritation. Feels like it helps with giving powerful urination when you suffer from not being able to empty the bladder completely.

O love this product and have been using it for several years. These are easy to swallow and don’t have the weird taste of the previous ones from the same brand I was taking. However, I took off one star because I have been consistently receiving bottles that are short by 1-2 capsules! That adds up over time, plus it’s made me miss doses because I’m short a dose! This latest bottle only had 98/100. The one before was 99. Definitely an issue with the manufacturer I’d assume.
