Own the Babysense monitor that came with two cameras, needed to monitor a third place. Bought this. Frankly don't remember if it worked out of the box or had to press the reset button on it, but it was a no-brainer. Now have three cameras working for my monitor. In lighted room pics excellent. Even in a very dark room get good quality in B&W for monitoring purposes. And sound monitoring is great as well.

I have the double split screen monitor and added this third camera to the monitor so it rotates through all three kids rooms! The camera started making a buzzing sound and losing some connection after a few months. I reached out to their customer service and within 24 hours we had communicated several times and they had a new camera on the way because of the buzzing sound! The other two have never made the sound and we’ve had them for much longer so the single one was definitely just a glitch but 5/5 for quick and amazing customer service replacing the buzzing unit! I recommend this brand monitor to all my mom friends!

We liked the quality of the picture in the cameras. The fact that you can add extra cameras easily to the whole system is a real advantage. We especially love the warning systems for temperature and battery recharge. The night vision is fantastic. When we got a problem with a cord and called for service, a very kind and knowledgeable service rep sent us out a replacement immediately. My husband is handicapped and requires constant monitoring as he travels in the house. These cameras give me some rest from running from room to room to make sure all is going smoothly. Love it, love, love it!!

I cannot say enough about this camera! We have 3 cameras now and they all link to one monitor! You can split the screen and see two at one time. You can move the camera around to pan the room, turn on a night light, do a lullaby, speak into the camera, so many things! The picture is crystal clear and sound is high def. I can't recommend this enough! (THIS IS JUST THE 3RD CAMERA WE PURCHASED, THE 2 CAMERAS AND MONITOR WAS GIVEN TO US FOR A BABY SHOWER GIFT)!

We’ve had our Babysense monitor and cameras for 2 years now and love them! We had a power adapter go bad and customer service was so helpful and replaced it even though our camera was out of warranty!

Really like the picture quality. However, if we have it on split screen and scan mode, when one kid cries to loud it switches the scanning feature off and you can’t hear then if they are still crying.

Great customer service and product, they took care of everything and listened to everything we needed! I have 3 cameras and its great to keep watch of our 3 boys. Highly recommended product and rest assured if any issue comes up customer service will take care of it!

We have a special needs adult daughter that needs constant supervision. This camera does so much more than my last camera! It zooms in 2x and 4x, moving around the room so I don’t need multiple cameras, there’s a two way speaker so I can talk to her, it has an amazing visual (even in dark mode!), and there’s an added nightlight in 3 brightnesses. It tells me the temperature in her room, which helps immensely, because my daughter doesn’t say if she’s uncomfortable in hot or cold temperatures. You can also add a sensitivity level of sound, which will turn the camera on if it’s on standby mode. The only time I turn the camera off is a night, so it doesn’t illuminate my room. But if she awake, and makes noise, the camera kicks on so I can attend to her. The battery is fantastic! It lasts a very long time and doesn’t shut off when it is unplugged. The ONLY issue, is that I wished I could make the volume louder, just because her respite worker (my mother-in-law) is hard of hearing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
