Assembly was really easy took about 3 minutes the material of the fan itself is plastic but you can really feel the strong and sturdy material of it in other parts of the body it was easy to plug in and use has 26 different speed settings to suit any kind of time and a quiet mode for at night it comes with a remote control but can also be used with an app on your phone for ease of access and also has a control panel on the fan itself, the quality is brilliant it dose not feel like a fan but feels more like going outside at nighttime with a lovely breeze blowing 😀 👍

I adore this fan!I bought this after years of using standard fans both tower and pedestal and in recent years my ears are becoming more sensitive and the noise started irritating me. That's no longer a problem!This fan is a fantastic investment. A large choice of speeds that actually differ from one another. The sway from side to side and up and down is good. Although it does go a little too high for my liking.The wifi connectivity is a game changer too. Gone are the days of searching endlessly for the remote to be able to change settings! I did have some issues setting the app up with the fan but after a few tries it did connect. The rest of the setting up process is very straightforward .The fan is light and easy to move around, perfect for the elderly and infirm and the magnet at the back makes it easy to safely store the remote.The fan is great at providing a cooling you down. Whether im using it while working or when sleeping the minimal noise makes me almost forget its there!The night mode setting i love, no more listening to the garish beeping noises when changing settings like other fansGet this fan!

Is the fan quiet? Yes. Is the fan powerful enough? Yes. Do you have control over the speed? Yes.But now the not so good points.For around £150, it feels cheap, everything is plastic and the build quality is for a £60 fan.The controls on the fan itself are bad, hard to use and feel horrible. Without the remote, I would of returned it.Height, it has 2 height options. Desk fan and not tall enough. I've had to use a bin to give it enough height to reach over the bed.Yes it is very quiet and powerful, which is why it gets 4 stars, but I feel like this is an overpriced £75 fan.

This fan is fantastic. The highest setting is incredible given how quiet it is, the lowest setting is so quiet you could have it right next to you at night and it wouldn't bother you in the slightest. The oscillation doesn't add any noise either. The natural wind mode is really subtle but noticeable.The remote is great, Google assistant integration is ok, you can turn it on and off via voice command and adjust the speed but can't turn oscillation on or off.The quality of the construction is very good and feels premium. The packaging was incredibly well done and is good enough to gift.Within an hour of it arriving I bought one for my parents and another for my office.The only negative is the control on the unit. It is well made and looks great but the mechanism inside does not FEEL very good for a more premium product. If anyone from duux reads this, it should either be a smooth rotation with a little resistance and no clicks, or it should have very very quiet clicks like a good ratchet. Currently it wobbles too much. The way it is now feels very strange and is weirdly loud to adjust considering your selling point is noise. It's also confusing to use at first. But the handheld remote is very simple and intuitive to use so it's not a huge deal

The media could not be loaded. Overall, this Duux Whisper Flex fan is a great product, albeit a tad on the pricey side. I’m using it as a desk fan with the shorter of the two poles provided. It is very easy to assemble, but would recommend watching the videos on the Duux YouTube channel first. I also found it very straightforward to link the device to the Duux iPhone app.For me the real selling point of the fan is just how quiet it is. On the lowest setting, you can hardly hear it and it still produces a gentle cooling breeze which is perfect for home working on hot days. The only downside is the fan blades and cage are all made from moulded plastic (although still good quality) rather than metal, but probably necessary to keep it so quiet and lightweight.If you’re looking for a quality fan that looks contemporary in design, can be both pedestal or desktop and is super quiet, this is the best one I’ve come across.
