The best MP3 players I ever bought and this comes from a techie!
Still using after 3 Years and love it. Real great product has a lot of memory. I have folders of hip hop music and soul, and break beats and all kinds of music that I use to go to the gym. I know everyone uses their phone to stream music in this day and age but I like using good old MP3 players. And it's touch screen , in the Bluetooth signal is pretty strong. And this thing lasts forever I charge it once and it lasts the whole week before I have to charge it again. Only downside is if you put it down and walk about 20 ft away from it the Bluetooth signal does start to chop up so it's got sort of a week bandwidth but other than that it's great.

It has a very big sound
For the cost, it is very good. Comes with 32gig. It also has a FM radio. When listening, it has a huge sound, like you're at a concert. I believe it's a good buy. I used it once and it stopped working. It won't show the options. When I turn it on all I see is the yellow file, and will not do anything else.

It freeze up and reboot every time
The Mp3 player will freeze up and reboot when selecting a song. This process takes 15 to 20 minutes to resolve. When it works, it is fine. However, nine times out of ten it will not work. My scandisk mp3 player has never done this and has been working perfectly for 8 years, and still works.5 month Update: It no longer holds a charge. That battery dies soon after it is unplug.

It an okay mp3 player…
What I like about this product- compact and lightweight- has sufficient storage capacity, and that it is expandable- relatively inexpensive (at approx $30, 11/2022)- Bluetooth capable- Sound quality is decent, but sound level could be better (see below)What I dislike:- touchscreen buttons are too small (ie difficult avoiding hitting other buttons that you didn’t intend to)- touchscreen buttons are slow to respond (when the mp3 player is >50% loaded with songs)- there is no auto scrolling feature, (ie you can’t hold down the up or down arrow to scroll to the song you want. You’d have to press the arrow button each time you want to highlight the next song)- bluetooth range is too short (at about 8 ft max)- max bluetooth sound level is rather dimmed, compared to wired headphones. For an expensive mp3 player that you’re not gonna worry about losing or damaging, then this could be the product for you. If you are looking to replace tour iPod, then you need to look elsewhere.

I'll probably get more to give as gifts
I have ADHD, and I make a highly produced podcast with a team of collaborators. I use this to drop in audio files - drafts of episodes or interviews, new music from the composer, etc. - because I feel either distracted or creatively stifled when I listen sitting at my computer, with the whole internet at my fingertips. I love that this isn't wifi connected, but it's still high tech enough to use bluetooth headphones. It's perfect for my needs. It feels pleasant in my hand or pocket, like a digital worry stone. It is so cute, my kids and a couple friends have all said they want one just like it, so I'll probably buy a few more as gifts. The radio works well, and I like that I can delete files on the device (vs. just at my computer). However, as you'd expect, the voice recorder has terrible sound quality, the video resolution is is weak, and I can't imagine anyone enjoying the ebook function on this tiny screen. I wish they'd just take those features off the user interface. I also wish I could reprogram the volume buttons to go back or go to the next song, because it takes a couple clicks to get to the user interface when the screen goes to sleep.

Not great for running + radio
I got this mostly for listening to the radio with wired headphones while running. I've had it for 3 weeks and gone on a number of hour+ runs. There are a few issues that make for an unpleasant user experience.- The radio tuner has a hard time getting a clear signal for the stations I listen to (in Boston). I go on the same route as before, where my Sansa Clip (from 2014) has perfectly good signal, but for some reason the QNGEE cuts in and out & is static-y. On some radios, the volume will be automatically lowered when there is static, which helps it be less annoying. This features is clearly not included on the QNGEE, making it uncomfortable.- The minimum volume is quite loud. For me, it is definitely too loud for listening in a quiet place. There is no equalizer which I might have used to try to lower the volume further.- There are no physical buttons for changing the radio station. This would not be a huge deal if the other items were fixed. But, when running, it is nice to be able to change the radio station without stopping to look at the screen & tap (with sweaty fingers). Note to designers: would be nice to have 1 set of buttons to cycle through numerical stations and 1 set to cycle through pre-sets.- The screen is not very bright, even when brightness is up all the way. I find myself squinting when trying to use it on a sunny day. Each issue might not be terrible on its own, but the combined scenario is this: while running, the radio station keeps going to static, and it is very loud static. To switch to a different station, I have to stop & squint at the dark screen. Recently I've found it so annoying that I just turn it off. Thus, the QNGEE is basically useless to me.For completeness, I'll say that the QNGEE seems to function fine. Battery lasts (I'm still on the 1st charge). Touchscreen works fine. May be fine for other people & use-cases.
