Fish Oil benefits I can't really claim know much about it. The pills are large but the gel coating is sweet so it actually isn't bad to swallow. Seems to be nutritious (according to my FitnessPal). Havent noticed my skin getting healthier but I also have not consistently been taking 2. Nothing as far as pain relief, but overall I do have better focus when I take them properly.
