I was not compensated for my opinion on this product or for giving this review by anyone. I purchased a soft serve machine in October of 2024 and needed to buy ice cream mix to make ice cream with. I found a few pre-mixed options that were liquid and sold in cartons. This was not realistic as it would take 3 to 4 milk carton sized containers to fill the machine up. In addition to that the space it would take up would be immense. I was so grateful to find this powder mix because you just add water and suddenly you end up with 12 Qts of ice cream mix.The product makes a great base of either chocolate or vanilla which you can mix other flavors with to make even more unique flavors. I made a peanut butter chocolate ice cream using this chocolate base mix and everyone I have gave it to loves it. The best part is that it only takes up a small 1ft by 1ft by 2 inches space in your pantry. Can't do that with 4 milk cartons that also require refrigeration. This is a great product. I recommend it highly.

I exclusively make my ice cream at home. I use my Creami. If you do not have one, I strongly recommend getting one. This mix takes all the guess work out of the ice cream processing. The ratio is one cup of mix to 3 cups of milk. That is it. The next day, spin it up in the Creami and you have the most scrumptious ice cream ever. It comes out right the first time. You never have to remix it. The ingredients are quality and taste so good!

Tastes great, not too sweet and mixed up super easy!! Very smooth too. Like it much better than the vanilla which isn’t usual. Did find it locally for about 1/2 the price so shop around, took off 1 star for that reason.

Comes out perfect every time

It didn't taste bad but it definitely isn't ice cream. This is exactly what they have in some of the larger Chinese Restaurant buffet locations such as Lin's Grand Buffet. It's not terrible but it's not fantastic either. Just middle of the road. Be careful how much you make. Ours molded in our Vevor ice cream machine within a few days. You'll need to make smaller batches if you won't use it all in a day or two.
