Excellent guide to help you prepare for DELF B2
If you are taking the DELF B2 exam, I highly recommend buying this book, as well as the Comprehension Écrite, to help you prepare. I just took the exam and felt that this book helped me succeed, and I am glad I purchased it.The book is divided into 12 chapter that you will see in the exam (eg Art, History, School, Gender Equality, Technology, etc). Each chapter has three audio exercises that are EXACTLY how they are given in the exam, so you will be well-prepared with the format. Each chapter has a 15-20-minute video in which Abdou presents some key vocabulary; at this level, you will already know most of the words, but I watched them all as a refresher and I enjoyed Abdou's presentation. It was easy to use the exercises because the audio file includes all the timings and rules of the exam.A nice touch is the graph that allows you to chart your progress. In my case, I was able to see which subjects I was weaker in and try to work on them. Strangely, I did relatively poorly on the Numérique et Les Nouvelles Technologies, even though I would consider myself better in those areas going in. This allowed me to brush up before my exam. This is an excellent book to help you prepare for the DELF B2 exam. I would recommend you buy this a month or two ahead of the exam and then do a couple chapters a week; doing all of them in a short period of time will tire you and won't prepare you for the rhythm of the exam. Personally, I did the same chapters of the audio and written books back-to-back to help me replicate the timings and intensity of the exam.Final note: FrenchPill.com offers oral production video calls with Agathe in which you can prepare for the oral part of the exam. I did this very late, a day ahead of my exam, but I was able to add some important points to strengthen my argument and give a more formal presentation. Thanks, Abdou and Agathe!

OK, well designed book
Beside being a proper help for French learners I guess the most important innovation with this tiny book is that you have to go to a web page to access the audios. It's not up there somewhere on YouTube or on a CD which current laptops don't read, by the most. I guess that's the future as it protects both the privacy and the rights of the author and obviously you need the book to be able to evaluate yourself when it comes to hearing comprehension. Just a tiny caveat: if you use this, fine, but don't hesitate about using something else, French is kinda hard, my mother tongue is Spanish by the way, so the grammar has a lot of similarities to my own language but it's not the same.

Recommending the book
Generally speaking, I think I like everything about this book. I had a little trouble in the beginning with the audios (I could not display them), but fortunately, it has been resolved. The contents seem to be well thought and the quality of the book is reasonable. Overall, I think it deserves 5 stars from me.
