Challenge your cooking
I love this book. It is my new favorite to go cookbook. All recipes are healthy, easy to make and with incredible and surprising mix of flavors. I very much liked all dishes I tried so far and for different reasons. If you want to try a new and different cooking style this is definitely a good book. It is also a plus to read the passion the author shows for cooking and how she enjoys describing not only the ingredients and coking steps, but also the memories than some foods and its preparation bring to her. I think this is what makes the book most genuine, to see how much of herself Caroline put into the book and that shows in amazing receipts. It is one of those books with a soul. On top of delicious recipes for all the family this book will remind you that cooking and healthy eating it is more than just getting your body the nutrients it needs. Also if you are into the Hygge, (I recommend the Little Book of Hygge if you do) this books will definitely bring you the "cosy" feeling to your kitchen as the winter approaches. I was also impressed by the high quality of the hardcover and overall book itself. Thank you Caroline! Great book!

Amazing book from a very special Chef!
Caroline Fleming has written a beautiful cookbook, with lots of pictures and back story. Caroline is a Duchess in Denmark, and a wonderful foodie! Her light, and care are evident in her recipes. Many of which have been in her family, for centuries. Her modern take on those recipes are light, flavorful, sometimes decadent, and always elegant.

Very nice cookbook
I like the author, Caroline, very much. She is a sweet personality and a wonderful cook. I wish she would cook for me! Her recipes are very well presented and simple to make, with fresh ingredients and the photos are mouth watering. Looking forward to cooking these dishes. Highly recommend this book for presentation and ease of use. Not complicated at all and I am happy to learn about Danish cooking.

looks good
I've only just started looking at it, but it looks to be very interesting with some good recipes. When I read not far from the beginning that she'd always loved food or loved to eat, something like that, that right there endeared me to her. Maybe it's my Scandinavian heritage but I tend toward foodie-ness. Anyway it does look to have some very tasty looking recipes-with pictures, which is nice. I think I could recommend it to most anyone.

True to the title!
Such a wonderful addition to my cookbook collection! Full of mouth watering recipes that are easy to follow and call for ingredients that aren't crazy to find. I pre-ordered the book back in March and received it this weekend. Sunday I made the red cabbage and the roasted leg of lamb. This definitely elicited the feeling of hygge! The house smelt wonderful and the family sat around the dinner table enjoying the coziness of our home and enjoying each others company over good food. Thank you, Caroline, for sharing your memories and love through these recipes. I look forward to using this book many times over!

Best Scandinavian style cookbook ever!
I absolutely adore this cookbook. Of course, Caroline Fleming is gorgeous, but the combination of her, her amazing food, and exquisite landscape photography is absolutely breathtaking. Her recipes are unlike anything I have ever made before, living in the United States, and her recipe for mulled wine has become a holiday tradition for my husband and myself. My friends and family look forward to it every year. This book is full of family recipes, and Caroline's love for food- and simply enjoying the beauty that is life, is apparent throughout the book.

So So Cookbook
After having seen the author on “Ladies of London” and seen her exuberance about her cookbook, I was disappointed at the photos of her food. They really did not look very appetizing. It is apparent that she loves her background and the foods she grew up eating. I don’t think it translated very well.
