As advertised. Works fine

Though it seemed costly for what it is, the receiver replaced the original Logitech receiver that began to work erratically, enabling me to keep using the wireless keyboard/mouse combo, which are six years old but working fine. Logitech customer support was very helpful in determining the issue and doesn't sell the part but provided the part number, enabling me to order it on Amazon. I'm always glad when I don't have to replace electronics. This was a quick fix.

The paper that came with it directed me to a website to download software so that I could pair it with my mouse and keyboard. The website was malicious! Do not buy!!!!

Works perfectly. I was able to pair device to both my keyboard and mouse by going to the Logitech website

I lent my mouse to my son during the tail-end of COVID and once schools were allowing students on grounds again, his mouse quit working and all I had was my favorite mouse to give him to use. I told him to please take care of it, silly I know since it really was less than $20, but Logitech doesn't make the design any more. Well, 2-3 months later and school was over, her brought home the mouse but forgot the receiver. I was bummed-very bummed. I didn't throw away the mouse but was determined to keep checking the stores. Nothing. Here we are 2023 and I went to Logitech's website and couldn't find anything for my mouse. Seems most of the receivers have a star-like emblem now and that, wasn't compatible with my mouse. Finally did a chat with a Logi-Tech and they recommended I search for this specific serial number/model number and found it on Amazon. I was doubtful, but I'd give it a try. LONG story I know and I'm sorry, but in the end, it worked!!! My mouse now works again. So if your mouse has M317c on the bottom, this is the receiver for you!

NOT a universal use item! This is a specialty replacement for a keyboard/mouse. Double check with your manufacturer regarding you specific item to ensure you are ordering the correct replacement. Works perfectly as a replacement for my damaged dongle so I can continue to use my favorite keyboard. I’m ordering a second one so I have a spare.

I bought this receiver as I had a Logitech wireless K270 keyboard/mouse combo that was missing the USB receiver. Initially, the package never showed up even though it was labeled delivered. The store worked with me and sent me another receiver free of charge which I actually received. It took a quick download from logitech's website but works perfectly and would recommend

Lost the dongle for my M185 mouse and K270 keyboard combo. I had a Logitech unifying dongle but would not be able to pair these because they are not using the same technology. Bought this and using the Logitech Connect Utility Software, I was able to pair within a second. Works great! Very happy. I guess it's pretty much the same price as getting a new keyboard and mouse but I did not want to throw away perfectly good working electronic devices.
