This Hansgrohe Cassetta E soap dish fits the Hansgrohe shower riser perfectly and elegantly. It comes packed in tough, retail cardboard box, and inside is a plastic bag with the soap dish, instructions, and three riser clips for 18mm, 22mm, or 25mm risers.It's made from excellent quality materials, and a beautiful chrome finish, has a slighly raised surface to help the soap dry, and a water outlet to permit excess water egress. The riser clip is clear plastic.Simply, choose the correct diameter clip, slip it around the riser in the approximate position, making sure you have it the correct way up, then slide the soap dish down on the angled clip; that action retains the positioning on the riser.If you want to change the height, or angle of the positioning, simply pull the soap dish upwards from the clip, which loosens it, then move to the new position, and slide the soap dish back down onto the clips to secure its positioning.Tips: Choose a height and positioning which is less likely to be splashed or to likely to receive water direct from the shower to minimise water on the soap

A soap dish that is a neat and tidy fit for my downstairs shower, and a superior replacement for the circular Relaxa soap dish, which I found projected out too much, awkward and...Cr*p!.Installation was 30 seconds. I gently clicked the plastic part onto the riser rail; did not need to disassemble and soap dish just clicked in.Grohe need to sort out the plastic part that connects to the riser rail, they get brittle, and after only one year, plus uneconomic to replace - Hence the new soap dish.Super fast delivery too.

Quite expensive for a plastic soap dish. I like the adaptors. Makes it less likely the dish won’t fit your shower riser. It is still a little wobbly when mounted though. Does the job. Drains reasonably well and looks good.

A great product made by Germany, it comes with 3 sizes of fittings 18mm, 22mm, 25mm looks beautiful on shower riser.Yes its expensive but worth it, if you're looking for at contemporary look

It is a good piece of kit, but it doesn't work. I have checked that the pipe is vertical, so the water should exit through the single hole away from the pipe. But it doesn't, hence the soap gets soggy and quickly used up. Customer service simply did not want to know. Replaced it with a model from China at a quarter of the price which works much better,. Very disappointing considering the price of it.

The finish is good, the fittings are good, the problem is that the drain hole is at the wrong end, the dish slopes towards the rail, away from the drain hole, meaning it stays full of manky soapy water, disappointing design flaw.

Different attachment still wouldn’t fit but got sorted by resourceful husband. Expensive for what is not the high quality expected for the brand

I got this because it claimed to fit a 16mm shower rail. It does. It comes with plastic clips for three rail sizes, 16mm the smallest. Just push hard to get the clip onto the rail. I was worried the clip would snap but it didn't. Slide the clip up/down to where you want it. Then push the soap tray part onto the clip. It seems sturdy so hopefully will last a good while. The soap tray has a drain slot so water won't accumulate.
