Buenas noches. Estoy interesado haver el pedido de estas bandas, pero quisiera saber si pido las 3 azules nada mas, me las mandarian azules? O colores

De hecho, existen diferentes variaciones de nuestras bandas de resistencia Limm. Pero cada variación tiene un ID de producto (es decir, un ASIN), que identifica el producto que está comprando. De esta manera usted puede estar seguro de qué producto está comprando.

The resistance of each black band is: X-Heavy - 35-40lbs

Here's the dimension and resistance level for your reference:
Dimension = 2 inches x 12 inches.
Resistance Weight = 35-40lbs (Black - XHeavy)

I’m looking into the high resistance set - are all three considered high resistance, or is there any further info on the breakdown of band strength?

Upon reading the message you forwarded, it seems like you're looking for a breakdown of weight and resistance level of the bands.
If so, here are the estimated strength per color. Again, these are just estimated and still might change depending on the feedback we are getting from previous and current customers.

COLOR - STRENGTH - EST. LBS
Yellow - X-Light - 4-10 lbs
Green - Light - 6-15lbs
Blue - Medium - 15-20lbs
Red - Heavy - 20-25lbs
Black - X-Heavy - 35-45lbs
