HP customer service is hopeless
I bought this printer as it was supposedly easy to set up and use!I've had a number of issues including with the HP smart app but primarily the printer not being able to link wirelessly with other devices (an issue that is apparently quite common with HP printers). The online/automated customer service web-page is a joke! Basically, if you can't sort the problem out yourself using their manuals then you have no chance! And then the final straw appears that this company here that I bought the thing from only have a one moth return policy, having delivered the thing late in the first place!!Save yourself a load of headache and hassle buy something else from someone else!

It's alright
Print quality could be better. It shows some of those glitchy lines. It randomly prints out unnecessary notifications like when it's updated. I certainly shouldn't need to waste some ink to notify me. A pop out notification on the PC should suffice. But all in all, I guess you get what you pay for. Its scanning quality is really crisp and sharp. It's not a bad all-rounder printer. Also, ink cartridges are comparatively cheaper than the competitor brands with the similar functions and prices.

HP Printer
Good printer and I signed up for HP Instant Ink - very good product - you never have to worry about running out of ink again - reasonable - very pleased with printer.

I'm stuck with it now.
A bit annoyed at the print quality. If you are buying to print text then this is perfect but its pretty crap for bulk colour or pictures. The clearest print I got was when i printed the test page.I've put the ink in and used it, so now i'm stuck with it.

brilliant
easy to set up, really nice printer, the instant ink is really handy and for me works out cheaper than buying the inks as you normally would

Dont bother
Tried linking to my WiFi in the office, no joy, then set it up in the same room as my router, still no joy. Have had HP printers before and set them up fairly quickly.Don't bother with this model.
