When I got the plants many were just roots, but I planted them anyway to see how they would do. I don't feel to good about what I planted, it seems that having actual plants would work and be more healthy. A number of weeks later I had to purchase actual plants, in this case from Home Depot. I would not waste my money on these, they are mostly dead and you will not get the results you want.
