Just got the watch today, coming from an Apple Watch and I already love it much more than my Apple Watch. At first look build and quality seem great!

I saw Facebook Commercials and ordered the ALPHAGEAR Bravo XL Smartwatch from the ALPHAGEAR Store on AMAZON. Thank God I ordered from AM ZON. ALPAGEAR'S Customer Service on their site, ALPHAGEAR, is not good. Their posted number is a voicemail; the message says, "... this time we are not able to take your call, but for prompt response and help, contact our team to the email, support at alphagear dot us, and we'll get back to you as fast as possible. I sent an email as ALPHAGEAR's voicemail instructed and got no response for seven days. Then I sent ALPHAGEAR another email with Notice and Demand language and got an automated response, which confirmed that they got my "inquiry" and assured me a "member of their team" would get back to me. It has gone past 48 hours, and there has been no response.Regarding the ALPHAGEAR Bravo XL smartwatch performance, The battery life is not as stated, 14 days; it is more like two days. Secondly, only their time is accurate; the rest of their activity features are not. Also, the Android app required for use with this smartwatch requires you to set your battery use to unrestricted, to "lock" the App open on your phone, and always allow background activity - these settings will cause your phone's battery to drain fast causing a significant impact on your phone's battery performance – be ready to charge your phone often.Overall, features, accuracy, and the App are not good products. Furthermore, if you happen to order the product and want to return it or want support, good luck; as noted earlier, there were no results from any attempt to contact ALPHAGEAR.

I just received the Bravo XL and it has great looks, battery life and value. So far only 1 little issue. I can't view the temperature reading, online tutorials were no help. Maybe Alpha Gear can assist. Thank you ALPHA GEAR!

Arrived quickly, as expected. The screws loosened on the watch, my husband works with his hands alot. I did contact the seller, they were helpful and willing to replace the watch.

Received the watch today looks good still trying to figure out how things work, will do a follow up in a day or two.

Last year I bought my husband the 89$ delta watch. He wanted a smart watch that could withstand his job. He’s very physical as a chassis mechanic, it had to withstand heat and hard hits. I honestly didn’t have high hopes for the 89$ smart watch but my husband (a veteran himself) wanted to support other vets and small business. THIS THING WITHSTOOD IT ALL! It was so worth my money. He loved it. Absolutely loved it. It took everything his job handed it. So this year for Christmas he wanted to upgrade. I had absolutely no issue spending the 130$ on this watch and the other has far far exceeded my expectations.If you have a demanding job this is the watch for you. I don’t NOT let you respond to texts. But it does call!100% would buy from this company again!

I had high hopes for this smartwatch. It’s really cool & fits well. Looks great on the wrist. build quality seems good and strong.One major thing that makes me only give 2 stars- is the notifications won’t sync/ show on the watch and the sleep tracker will not start or track.This function is crucial for me as I need to know how I’m sleeping !I don’t know if the lack of notifications coming through & the sleep tracker bot working are because of iPhone. The watch does say it supports both OS.I also can’t honestly say the watch is worth the price paid - yes it has longer technology in it, that all fits on the wrist - but the graphics and images are not premium ( not even close) not sure I’m going to keep the watch!Sorry AlphaGear.i know you can do better - you just have to want to !

It’s a good watch but it is not water resistant. Once splash and it stopped working.
