Excellent! Bought this unit to replace a different brand that was defective. Extremely satisfied with this unit, I have the temperature sensor in the skimmer box of our inground concrete pool and the receiver unit on the refrigerator in the kitchen, at least 50'. Works great, no connection issues,very accurate, large numerals. Very easy set up right out of the box. Couldn't be more satisfied.Unlike the previous brand that we had for a while but then the sensor began to leak. Contacted their customer service and their only response was "it's out of Warranty ". It probably only needed a new gasket, but no, they were of no assistance. So I wrote a negative review for their product on Amazon.So in conclusion, I am very happy with this pool thermometer and highly recommend - plus their product description mentions that they have excellent US based customer service, hopefully I won't need it...

Good value in a useful product where the temperature reading of a pool, spa or other facility is desired remotely, indoors, for example. We had no way to check the calibration, but its readings gave no reason to be doubted. Just installed--no indication of its longevity, but the internals appear to be very well made. One caveat: keep the threaded ring on the remote sensor tight or moisture may get in and disrupt its operation. If the pool has a cover, we suggest cutting a clearance opening in it to keep the remote unit exposed to the atmosphere, again to minimize the chance of moisture intrusion.Update: Unit worked very well for 2-3 weeks, then stopped communicating the temperature. Opening the pool unit revealed a troubling issue--water inside. We tried drying it out, which enabled it to work for a while, but then more water got in. We could not determine where the leak was, so sadly, just tossed it. Too bad the water sensor doesn't like being in the water!

A lot of the reviews are from Oct 2024- Dec 2024. We bought ours in Sept. 2024. I love it. It was accurate, no real set up, worked right out of the box. Large indoor display with a magnet(we keep it on the fridge). But was not reading correct in Jan 2025. There was water in the thermostat. We are drying it out and hopefully it will work again.I’m curious to see if anyone else has this issue after a few months??Update: we were able to take it apart, dry it out, then put it back together. Seems to be good now. We would hate for the water to keep getting in like that because we do love the product.

UpdateA little over a months use and it leaked and is useless now. What a disappointment. Not to mention 1 week past my return window with Amazon.So this company is awesome they shipped me a new one at no additional cost. Great customer service, they went from 1 star to 5 stars truly amazing.

Purchased the ThermoPro TP211B, and I’m extremely pleased so far. It exceeded my expectations. I’m using it to monitor my aluminum wood fired hot tub, and it is a game changer! It has made a improvement in my ability to monitor and control the temperature of the wood fired hot tub. I was worried that the aluminum tub sides would block the wireless signal, but it worked great, and I was able to place the receiver display conveniently on the living room table indoors (about 30ft away), and it displayed the water temp flawlessly. The receiver display is nice and big and easy to read from across the room. The system is well designed and transmitter quite rugged. I’ve only used it one weekend so far, so I can speak to long term reliability, but the 1 year warrantee and support appears to be good. I also like the fact that it uses basic AAA batteries. Highly recommended.

Works great and very accurate. Nice to be able to see the temps for the pool water in the house instead of walking outside. Love how it tells you the temp where you have the monitor (in the house )n humidity

It worked great for 3 weeks then temp screen started to fog over and eventually a red light was on unit and wouldn’t work . I replaced batteries but wouldn’t come on , hopefully second unit is better since I was under return policy . Besides that the range is great ! I have in my pond 400 feet away and reads all the way to the kitchen . Hopefully it holds up this time

The thermometer gave excellent results for the first couple of weeks, but the waterproofing failed, and the sensor unit died. I contacted the company and got excellent customer service, and a quick replacement was on its way. This is the third product I've bought from Thermopro, and their remote thermostats are very good. I would recommend them. I gave it four stars because of the failure and because of the outstanding customer service.
