A nice piece of furniture.
Makes a great coat rack with extra storage. Exactly as it was described.

Cute
Takes awhile to build. Was shorter in person than I expected, but once I added frames up top it gave the height I was hoping for and now it’s very pretty. The bottom corner has missing paint and looks worn. But that was the only flaw so decided I’d keep it and paint there to cover it. All in all I’m happy with it

Beautiful way to keep the gear together
I got this for my daughter and son-in-law for their housewarming. They are the proud recipients of a Habitat for Humanity house, and with 6 children, needed a central place for coats, hats, etc. Having a place to sit little bodies is a bonus when putting on little boots and shoes, and the storage hides the scarfs, bookbags, etc. . It is a beautiful addition with the wood-look finish!

Very very difficult to assemble
You have to be a cabinetmaker to put this piece together, attempted 3 times to put together but pieces did not fit well together and kept falling apart, very frustrating, back in the box till my husband and son find the patients and time to try again . Both my husband and son have put other pieces together with no problem i.e. wardrobe, bench. etc. I love the look of this piece been wanting one for a while, but this has been a horror and at this point a waste of my money. There it is in the box. Very disappointed. I tried to return it but it was after the 30 day return policy and Crosley would not accept it back, ( reason for late return... husband had surgery and had covid-19, I know not Crosley's problem . What will I do, What will I do??

Needs better quality control - taking a chance on a hassle
No damage to packaging, and items seemed to be packaged well. Once got everything out of the box, realized 3 pieces were defective. Messaged company, no response. Called company and was able to get replacements sent. But one of those replacement pieces was also defective. Messaged company, no response, messaged again, no response. Called and waited on hold almost 2 hours to get to their closing time and be hung up on. It looks like this would be a nice diy piece of furniture otherwise, but I’m not sure the hassle is worth it especially as it’s still not fixed. Seems other reviews mention defective pieces as well so maybe this shouldn’t be sold if someone can’t receive it right.

Very Nice Product
Very nice and good quality product. Everything was perfect except I did make a mistake putting it together. I accidentally used the longer screws and it made a hole in the front of cabinet part. I didn't take it off from my score of the product because it was completely my mistake in trying to rush to put the product together.

It's ok
Saw a review that a handyman couldn't put this together... just wanted to say I'm a 51 year old woman and I put this together by myself!! The piece looks nice but it definitely has some issues. The backboard and the front of the bench are both extremely cheap wood, it is somewhat like wall paneling but much thinner. Also there are very large gaps between the bench lid and the sides of the bench. There are a lot of plastic components used to assemble this. Overall it's decent if you're on a budget. It's certainly better quality than a Saunders piece of furniture I bought to match this. Giving it 2 stars for the plastic assembly pieces and the thin wood on the back and bench

Impressed by this Amazon furniture!
I purchased the "oak" hall tree. I have to honestly say that I am impressed by this piece of furniture. I wasn't sure what to expect buying something like this on Amazon (this was my first time buying large furniture on here). For the price I paid, $325...I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. The whole thing isn't oak "wood", but most of it is.....the important parts are real wood. If you like it, and it fits the measurements you need, you should buy it. Just make sure when you get it- to check all the pieces for imperfections and make sure all your nuts and bolts are included when you first receive it (preferably before you start putting it together) :)
