Excellent really my digestive issues

I have been taking one capsule per day as that is what's stated on the bottle. However, the product page say 1 per meal - which would make 3 a day. This is confusing!I take one of these capsules with my breakfast. They are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I have been taking them for about a week now and I do feel less bloated, so I guess that they are working. I think they're a good price for 60 days if taken how I currently am. If it's supposed to be 3 a day, then it's not something I would buy as they would only last for 20 days.

Really like these. Feel much better and less bloated after taking. Will buy again. They do have quite a strong peppermint taste. I take them on an empty stomach.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I get IBS and the occasional constipation. These have helped massively! Highly recommend.
