High quality, exceptional cooling, fraction of the price of other LCP 120mm fans.
At 3000rpm, these are loud but what fan isn’t at that speed, however not unbearable. I’ve set my fan curve to only hit 100% when my cpu temp is over 85c, and I’m happy to say it never gets that hot and so then never gets that loud or fast. It’s unbelievable to think that these are around $20, because others are over $35, I’m looking at you noctua (a12x25) and phanteks (t30). I’ve owned other scythe products and they fly under the radar as far as quality and performance, and the grand tornado actually blew my expectations out of the water. If you need to move lots of air and want to not spend half your case budget on fans, get these!! The build quality is excellent. Even the cable is top notch. I’m beyond happy on my purchase.

These are the fans you want.
Wow...Really, really nice fans. Every bit as good looking, and performing as the N brand's best, for half the price. Very nice assortment of cables, silencers, step down cable, and screws provided in a good looking package. Will definitely be buying more. I used this one in particular to replace the NSA12 in my new Noctua Desk Fan. 3000Rpm is much nicer than what is included with that. Great job, Scythe.

Loud, loud, loud, loud, loud.
These are good fans no doubt, but you almost need to wear hearing protection when using them. The people saying they're quiet might need their hearing checked. I haven't had fans this loud since the 80mm Sunons I had way back. They move a boatload of air, but WOW the noise.Sad to say that these will be getting returned, they're unusable for a home PC setup. Put them in a server, that's where they belong.

Coming for that LCP crown! [3k RPM VERSION]
Wow! These feel amazing, look amazing, and are affordable. Full LCP just like the Noctua NF-A12x25 and the best fan in the world, the Phantek T30, arguably same performance. These replaced my Arctic P12 Max and net me a better temperature (2C better than Arctic P12 Max). I got the 3k rpm version. At around 50-60% it is basically inaudible. Higher than that it is definitely more of an audible woosh but without any annoying high pitched whining/whirring. At full blast this can be loud, most 3k rpm fans are, louder than T30 but at full blast its temps are very close to the thicker 30mm Phantek T30, crazy for a 25mm thick fan. Overall super impressed, price is cherry on the top.For anyone on the fence, this is a no brainer alternative to buying a full Noctua set, and you'll save money. What's not to like!?

Great Value - Good Performance
This moves a lot of air. At full 3000 RPM it is not too loud. Used it as a rear case fan.

Loud Buzzing, flexible fan blades
One fan started to emit a loud buzzing noise when it reaches higher rpms. Another fan from the same box I tried did not do the same and just behaved normally. When it behaved it was having a reasonable airflow and speed. The cable is covered in some shiny rubberized mesh. There is a small box with accessories that came along with it.This is unlike the other review that said it was loud with a radiator. I was just holding it with my hand or let it stand on top of my desk to test it with a 12VDC supply. Then I got curious and started to apply pressures around the fan to see what could possibly be hitting. I discovered that the shaft is rather weak and can be bent left and right with visible tilt, around 5 degrees. Also if I just apply some minimal pressure I can get the fan blade to touch the outer wall.I tried the same thing on a NF-A12x25, I could still tilt the fan but could never make the blades touch the wall with similar pressures.Probably someone in Scythe designed it with 2000rpm and some guy suddenly decided to make a 3000rpm version without doing QA at all. Now that I see how it really is, the MTTF of 370k hours (42 year!) seems like a ridiculous joke. I wonder how they got that number. It can't work properly in the first hour at rated speed.

So much quieter than the P12 Max
This is like a better version of the noctua nfa-12 and it moves incredible amount of air at a unobtrusive noise level.I am using the ID Cooling IS-55 low profile cooler in a ~5L case and needed as much cooling as possible, since there is no room for any case fans. The Arctic P12 Max moved the required amount of air but did it in such a loud fashion it became very irritating very quick. But then I discovered this fan. The price is amazing, and way cheaper than getting some Noctua or Phantecs T30 fans. It seems to have just come out, and while there are only a couple of reviews available on YouTube, the one I watched was fairly glowing.

Best Value 120 mm Fan
Super quiet, moves a lot of air. The fan is barely audible under about 50-60% speed. I'd say that's the sweetspot for this fan. Above that it is audible but not loud (you mainly just hear the air that is moving), and considering this goes up to 3000 rpm, I was very impressed. Great value for $20 and it comes with the rubber inserts / accessories too. Cables are sleeved as well. Overall a superior fan to the legendary Noctuas imo, and for less money.
