I am buying and consuming this supplement quite regularly and its really works! Improving overall cognitive functions and reducing tiredness. In comparison I found this brand is a lot more effective and better quality than the same phosphatidylserine of another brands

Amazing product, much better than the powder capsules

I have never tried PS before, but having read up on it I was excited to try it. Tried just one tablet in the evening and have been very ill since, I haven't taken any since. I am now two days on and have an incredibly debilitating headache, no energy and feel worse than I have done for years. It obviously doesn't suit me and I cannot wait for it to leave my system.

Placebo effect maybe...hard to judge if it helps or not. Stick to healthy food and activities and leave the pills away.

Did nothing

As the other reviewer put it "it did nothing".Had to try this brand as Swanson is temporarily out of stock, waste of money. Besides the fact that it's more expensive that Swanson, it literally gives no effect (i tippled dosed in one go even - NOTHING! - and added extra oil as powered PS needs oily base to transfer this into your brain).Don't waste your money :(
