I take one if I know I am going to be in a stressful situation, but if I get a panic attack I have to take two... I break one open and drink the powder (taste like mild icing sugar) and then pop the other one in pill form for slower absorption... The pill takes about 20 minutes to get into your bloodstream, but if you need it to go in fast, you pop the powder and it gets in your bloodstream in about 5 minutes...
