I used the entire VShred program and had great results. I am on maintenance now, feeling great and after a month off of the BURN and PM supplements from the Vshred program I confirmed my own doubts that these supplements work VERY WELL for me and keep my metabolism and energy boosted. I had a negative reaction to the supplements that include, increased heart rate, shortness of breath and a persistent cough after taking them for about 3 weeks. I have now been off of them for about 3-4 weeks and things have returned to normal. I am relatively healthy and am not being treated for any significant health issues so I don’t think these are worth the side effects considering that they did I not produce any weight loss during the time I took them.

You need to still watch your portions and exercise.

I’ve been using Sculpt Nation Burn PM for a couple of weeks and it’s become a nice part of my bedtime routine. I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before lights-out and I’m noticing I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. The combo of melatonin, L-tryptophan, and raspberry ketones seems to do the trick—my sleep feels deeper and I wake up without any grogginess.Hard to measure metabolism changes in such a short time, but I do feel less bloated in the mornings and have a bit more energy during early workouts, so I’ll chalk that up as a win. I also like that the capsules are gluten-free and the ingredient list is transparent with science-backed doses.Why 4 stars instead of 5? The pills have a faint herbal smell/taste that takes some getting used to, and you need to remember to take them on an empty-ish stomach for best results. Otherwise, they’re easy to swallow and haven’t upset my stomach.Overall, if you’re looking for something to support better sleep while giving your metabolism a gentle nudge, Burn PM is worth a try—especially with the two-pack, which should last a good while.

Ive experienced absolutely no weight loss at all after taking it for 6 weeks. It doesn't have a bad taste but thats about all can say.

Did not want to give it any stars…. Would like to post five negative stars…. Followed instructions…. Worst product and very scammy…. No results at all…. Save your money
