This is an awesome product,I started working out not to long ago and was waking up sore,with pain and even stiff,since I started taking the product been waking up great! Will keep buying this product!!

Background: I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I’ve tried many BCAAs, protein powders, preworkouts etc. (I’m an avid powerlifter who trains 4-5x a week.)I was excited to try this, and when I opened it, turns out, it’s mostly just air. That’s my first complaint.My second complaint, is that this flavor (fruit punch) definitely tastes more medicinal than any other supplement I have tried. It’s pretty gross; I’ve even kept trying to dilute it. I hate the taste.This is my first time trying it as it has just arrived last night. I’ve just done some heavy deadlifts yesterday, and I’m not sure if it’s the taste that is riling me up to get ready for bench day, or if it actually works like it’s supposed to work — or maybe even just a placebo effect — but it seems to get me ready to go work out. As for rest and recovery… I can update soon…BUT I don’t know — if you’ve already established a relationship with a certain brand of BCAAs, definitely stick to it (as I will be doing with mine) — because this isn’t one that I’m going to keep going with.

This branch chain amino acid drink mix contains three amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine) and a mineral complex (Aquamin trade marked blend of marine minerals). It is made in a FDA registered and GMP certified facility. The mix comes in a black plastic container with a plastic screw on lid. The opening to the container is large for easy access and a scoop is included for portion sizing (one scoop). The directions simply indicate to add one scoop to water, but with no indication of how much water.The flavor is supposed to be fruit punch, and I think it is reasonably close in flavor, but the inclusion of beet root juice does add a slight bitter taste at the end of the flavor profile. Sucralose is used to sweeten the mix and keep calories low, but it does impart its own flavor. I am glad that the use of sucralose was limited and not too strong as it can make things overly sweet and also give a bad aftertaste (which I think there is some and is combined with the beet root juice).This drink mix is a relatively fine powder and seems to mix and dissolve well. I didn’t notice any remaining particulates, settling, or grittiness. It was smooth to drink and refreshing.I’ve tried other BCAA mixes that might taste just a little bit better and do have a more comprehensive set of amino acids (there are supposed to be nine essential amino acids, but there are only three in this mix). The inclusion of sea minerals likely does add some hydration benefit as well, making it good for having before or after a workout. The price of this mix does seem rather expensive compared to the competition, and given it doesn’t contain all nine amino acids, I would say one of the others is likely a better choice (although you may not like the flavors of them).
