David Rio uses a proprietary non-dairy creamer which has no trans fats, no hydrogenated oils and is Whole Foods compliant. The trace amounts of sodium caseinate make it not suitable for vegans, but does not typically create a reaction for those with lactose intolerance. We at David Rio recommend that vegan customers and those with milk allergies try our Power Chai, which is vegan and not only contains the same certified organic spices and quality black tea, but matcha as well!
