Great karaoke machine! This has been so much fun for my family and I. The microphones work really well and the machine has a loud and clear speaker from which the sound comes through. At first, I had the volume up full blast and I was worried because it wasn’t loud at all until I figured out I need to turn the volume up on the device that I was playing the music on (my phone). Don’t make that mistake! The microphones have worked really well and the rechargeable batteries we have in them seem to last a while. This is a relatively simple karaoke machine to operate, not too many bells and whistles but has everything you need to sound your best. It can also be used as a speaker for events where you need to get a lot of peoples attention, and you will with this speaker! It’s also great because it’s portable with a pop-up handle, which means you can tote it around exactly like a piece of luggage. All in all we are super happy with this karaoke machine and can’t wait to have parties with it, hearing people sing great songs off key and out of tune! Lol

My Niece and nephew seem to love it so anything else I couldn’t careless.

I use this in my event planning business. Great sound! Easy to use. Loud!! You can stand close to unit when singing without reverberation. My only dislike is the location/ position of where the microphones store. They store on either side and the mouth piece is level with the hand grips. So when trying to move it, the mouth piece is fully in the way. Poor design with that.

The media could not be loaded. Started on fire while charging!!! DO NOT BUY!!I owned this for a year and a half. Great while it lasted, but one day my kid came running to me saying there was a fire in the house. I ran to find this machine smoking. I yanked it out of the wall and threw it outside. After about a half hour the smoke stopped. Thankful my kid saw this before it started anything else on fire.

Revision - After the feedback below, they responded and send me a replacement, which is working great . Thanks.I bought the speaker around 6 months back. For the price it has great sound and controls. But now after 6 months - when we use it the equipment freezes up after 20-30 minutes of use. All lights stay on - but there is no music, the switches stop working. Sometime the only option of simultaneously pressing the power button and aux the machine resets and you can restart the song, but other times you have to keep it on till the battery runs out and then again you can start. It is not dependent anymore. Some Karaoke events we had planned got derailed. No support from the company.

First off, the microphones are very light/thin plastic so if they happen to get accidentlly dropped on a hard surface, they would more than likely break. I was hoping to Bluetooth connect this to my Sony Bravia TV since the karaoke app I have is on the TV.Nope.My tv went into search mode and didn't recognize the machine. I searched the internet adn nobody has info on connecting to a tv via BT.The unti does come with 1/8-RCA and 1/8-1/8 cables. I connected the 1/8-1/8 cable to my audio/headphone out jack on my TV and it plays, but the Moukey, since it is running hardwired, is about 1/2 beat off of the other BT speaker (AT7000 Sound Bar system) so this won't work either.The sound is ok for a small room, but I would'nt expect it to blow people away with it.I'll keep the Moukey machine and use it for vocals only then run the TV/Soundbar as the karaoke mixer and display.
