Pretty good. I have had it for a while. It seem reliable. Love the portability! One little complaint, if you don’t use it for a while and you place your phone on it, it won’t automatically charge, you have to press “on” button on the side. But a 5 stars from me.

I spent a lot of time searching for a Qi Certified (As certified by the Wireless Power Consortium) wireless charging battery pack that itself charges by USB-C because I'm on a person quest to get rid of anything that doesn't charge by USB-C and this battery pack fit the bill. It's high quality and works really well. The price is a bit higher than some of the competition but honestly because of the features, true Qi Certification, and quality of the product I think it was worth the extra money. Definitely recommend.

When a Fit Bit Charge 4 is connected to this via cable, it goes into sleep mode or the like. The current must be too small to tell the charger something is connected to it. Its annoying, when you leave it plugged in, and come back an hour later, and it has not increased in % at all. Battery charge of the device is good.

Since I had other Mophie items, decided to purchase this one because you can charge wirelessly. Nice item; you can wirelessly charge one item as well as one with a charger cable.

Any review I had researched ahead of making this purchase indicated how great this device was. Any negative critiques were mild, at that.However, my wife has not stopped complaining about how fussy the device is when needing to place the smartphone down so specifically in order to get it to start charging. She also cites how frequently she finds that it cuts off charging the phone midway through without reason. Or how quickly the battery life seems to to run down.I've only used it once myself... it was satisfactory but I haven't used it enough to really get a better sense of it. But the disappointment my wife shares on a daily basis regarding this device is enough for me to post a negative review here as it is NOT making my life easier ;-)

I use it almost everyday at work, keeps my phone alive. The wireless charger can be very sensitive, but getting used to the position is easy. I use it while traveling on 9+ hr flights

It's great that it is wireless but charges very slow. If it was a little faster I'd give it a four or five.
