BLACKHAWK Leather Yaqui Slide Holster

Good quality, good price, leather is just a bit thin to hold up for too long a time...….

For your average day to day wear in a permissive environment this holster is a great value. With a regular fit t short it prints only minimally. My G19 roses high enough to not reveal under the hem of the t shirt and retention and reholstering are great. In a more non permissive environment I would recommend an inside the waist belt holster.

I FOR THE SAKE OF LIKING YAQUI HOLSTERS WILL GIVE THIS HOLSTER 3 STARS. I HAVE CARRIED CONCEALED GUNS AS A LEO FOR OVER 25 YEARS, AND JUST LIKED MOST YAQUIS. CANT SEEM TO FIND THAT MAGIC SPOT IN THE TIGHTENING OF THE HOLSTER TO WORK WITH MY 1911 THAT IS MY DAILY CARRY SINCE I RETIRED. LITTLE DISAPPOINTING FOR A COMPANY THAT CAME OFF THE STARTING LINE RUNNING WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR HOLSTERS.

I have been searching for a good EDC holster that I am comfortable wearing and drawing from. I have found it with this holster!I am a lefty and carry between 9 and 11 o'clock. This holster is lightweight and holds my Kimber Pro Carry II perfectly! Covers the trigger and the retention screws allow me to adjust the draw. Would recommend and would definitely buy again.

This holster uses the basic design of a Yaqui holster but misses the point of the hole in the back. That hole should be large enough for a belt to slide through a belt loop to anchor the holster, to keep it from moving back and forth. It is fairly inexpensive however if you can afford it buy a Galco.

Looks great and covers the trigger very well. Started to keep my glock 23 with a round in the chamber. This holster made me confident that the trigger won't be pulled easily.

I purchased this for concealed carry for my Sig P238 Scorpion. Since the gun is concealed I was not concerned about a lack of a locking device to prevent unwanted removal. Simply tighten down the rubber donut washers and the gun slides in and out freely. Very comfortable for all-day carry.

Purchased a holster for a Glock 19, the holster is an awful fit. It would literally be dangerous to use this holster for personal defense. On top of this the seller charges a 15% restocking fee and return shipping for what is essentially a defective product. I would caution anyone to purchase from Joe Bob outfitters. Of course these restocking fees are in fine print and you don’t notice as you’re looking at multiple listings and tell you choose a particular size holster this is misleading and shady business practice
