I purchased these trimming scissors for a "Bonsai" tree at the office and another for home. The scissors feel sturdy and have a nice, firm connection at the blades intersection. They are comfortable enough without my hand feeling any strain after use.For my 6 year old son's "Bonsai" (the tree at home) these are his "trimming scissors" and he likes them. "They work really good." His only disappointment is how limited he can use them at the moment. He hopes to get a few more plants now.

I am a huge fan of Joyce Chen products, especially the scissors. These have a longer nose (the blade part) than her Unlimited scissors (of which I have MANY pairs both inside and outside of my home), they have the same handles, comfortable and durable. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the longer blades, but am finding them so useful - so happy I bought multiple pairs, and will give them as gifts. Joyce Chen scissors stay sharp for YEARS and can cut through more than you would think.

These shears, while designed for bonzai, are perfect for deadheading in the garden! They are sharp and the handles are large so one can wear gardening gloves and still handle them easily and efficiently! Highly recommend!

These green-handled shears are my new favorites. They are sharp enough to cleanly cut through the finest of branches and sturdy enough to cut through the larger ones. I really like the long length as it allows you to easily trim the inner areas of the tree. These are now my daily workhorse bonsai shears.

The scissors are great. They helped me finish the trimming on bushes that I didn't have adequate scissors to use.

Good for cutting small branches where hard to reach because it is sharp and has long blades.
