Pendaflex Classification Folders, 2 Dividers, 2" Fasteners, Legal Size, Yellow, 10/Box (29034P)

I started using these folders back in the 90s when I was in the mortgage business and have continued to use them as I've transitioned into the real estate business over the past 20 yrs.They are perfect for organizing the avalanche of paperwork that buying, owning, and managing real property creates. I use one section for the original closing documents / loan papers, another section for leases, another for misc. receipts, etc. I just need one folder for each property and I'm good to go. These are solid enough to reuse in a pinch. So they really do last a long long time if not abused.

The main difference between these and the usual folders I purchase for file use is the lack of pockets in the dividers. Given that I think the use for the pockets is for things to accidentally get stuck in them and overlooked, this does not affect their value to me. They are well made and seem as sturdy as any other folders I have purchased over the years.

Received the same 4-prong files I have used for years in my business. This time, just as consistently provided in the past, the files are clean and assembled well.
