Good value for money.
Purchased to connect a UBIQUITI UDM-PRO to a Unifi switch 24 poe (Gen 2), as the primary link between the two. I did check the compatibility with the two devices in question, before purchasing, and I'm pleased to report that it does work well and does indeed seem to be compatible with both of them and the speed is very good too.

seems to work fine, but can't test at full 10Gb speed
I have this connecting up two 2.5Gb switches (one managed and the other unmanaged) and it seems to work fine - transferred a 4GB video file from my NAS to my laptop (using Sabrent 2.5Gb LAN to USB 3 & CAT-8 3 metre ethernet cable) at 270MB/s - this was connected onto the unmanaged switch, with the NAS being connected to the managed switch and the two connected with the 10G SFP+

Highly reliable 10Gbps SFP+ DAC
I've a pair of budget web managed switches, dual 10Gbps SFP+ cages and 4x 2.5Gpbs ethernets. One upstairs and one downstairs with a 25m 10Gbps duplex multimode fibre run between them. The other SFP+ has this DAC inserted to connect it to another switch.I plugged the DAC in and it just worked.Pings over the LAN are sub 1ms and 100% reliable, perfect.Note: Certain devices require registered/vendor specific SFPs, the large enterprise network device vendors, but for Netgear, Asus, D-Link etc these should be fine.DACs like SFP+ operate ONLY at their published speed, though you can buy multi-rate SFPs (1Gbps/5Gbps/10Gbps) but they're expensive.

Not quite plug and play with Ubiquiti, but fine once set up
I recently invested in a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro and a Ubiquiti US-16-150W switch (first generation) as part of a network upgrade. I bought this link to connect the two.I was expecting everything to work swimmingly once I plugged it in, but there was no communication between the UDM and the switch. In the Unifi dashboard, I noticed that the UDM port was showing as disconnected. A quick Google suggested that auto-negotation can fail. In the Port Profile Override section for the SFP port, I changed the Link Speed to 1Gbps FDX. Within a few seconds, the link was up and the UDM happily communicating with the switch.

Working without issue between Ubiquiti UDM pro and USW
It offers excellent value and performs reliably in the production environment between a UDM Pro and USW.
