this machine has it pro and corn.Pro: light weight , less noise , easy to use for beginner.Corn: the bib head that come with it is useless (trash not usable) you need to buy the professional head to replace it order for it to work with your nailsAfter 3 moth the battery no longer work you need to keep it plug in order to use it. I bought 4 machine only one still working but you need to keep charging it . The battery use to last 6 to 8 hour that make it easy for us to carry it with use from station to station. if you are a nails tech who need to carry it around it may not be the one for you. I will update later if the battery is completely dead for now as long as I plug it on the machine still working if I take it our the machine will be dead in less than 5 minutes. what a bummer .11/01/2019. i am updating my review to 5 stars because the professional and caring from the company. They reach out to me ( not the other way around) they send me the email to find out what they can do to rectify the problem as it is not usual issue for that reason they offer to back 99% if i would use the money to buy a a new machine to try again, for that reason i am very happy and will buy additional one for my sister because of their customer service.

I’m really happy with this MelodySusie electric nail drill! It’s powerful yet very quiet, and it doesn’t vibrate too much in your hand, which makes it easy to use even for long sessions. The adjustable speed and clear display make it perfect for both beginners and professionals.

I got this on 12/20/22 & it just stopped working the other day!! I got regular one on 08/06/20 & 5 years later it’s still going strong!! I started not to get these drills because they are cheap, but I’m glad I did because they are well worth the money!! Getting another one because the vibration is smooth.

I’m very frustrated with not only the brand but its customer support. I received this product about two months ago now. I have used it maybe four times as I’m not a nail tech the last time that I tried to use it it just decided to stop working. It will not spin. It’s brand new still has the screen protector film on it. I reached out to the customer service email to see if they could figure out how to fix it or what I can get to make it work. They asked for a video so I decided to send one to them after that. I hear no response. It’s been over a week. Every time I email I haven’t gotten a response back. I assume even if you buy a warranty they are going to ignore you. If you buy this product be aware if it brakes they’ll ignore you.

The media could not be loaded. I’m so impressed with this nail drill! It’s powerful, easy to handle, and perfect for both manicures and pedicures. The variable speed settings give me full control, whether I’m removing gel polish, shaping acrylics, or cleaning up cuticles. It doesn’t overheat and feels very professional. The design is sleek and lightweight, making it comfortable to use even for longer sessions. I’ve saved so much time and money by doing my own nails at home. Highly recommend!

I’ve been doing nails since 2020, I’ve bought multiple drills in the past & they either completely stopped working after a few uses or weren’t good quality. I bought this nail drill in 2021, and have never had issues with it until November of 2024. The drill is sleek, portable, is very powerful, & isn’t loud! The battery life is also great , I wouldn’t have to charge it all the time compared to previous drills. It lasted me years without any issues. Recently, when trying to use it , the drill would randomly stop in the middle of a set, but if I position it in a certain way, it’ll start working again. It may be the handpiece that’s the issue, but not sure. I was surprised that it lasted me this long, I will probably upgrade to one of their newer drills. Regardless, I think that this drill is great & beginner friendly. Great investment.

5 years later and it’s still going like new… I do want to mention I only do my own nails with it but I’ve been using it at least every 2weeks for the past 5 years and it’s the best.i did have a hiccup with the shortage in the cord about a year after purchase I reached out the Melody Suzie and they sent me a replacement no extra charge… Great customer service and no other issues since then.
