Sharpening Oil -does what it should
If you have an oil stone you need this. If you don't you don't. And no you shouldn't use it on a water stone. It's a very high quality light oil that I also use for other, well oiling things.Price is okay. Brand has credibility.

My sharpening corner just got a serious upgrade.
Snagged this Norton Knife Sharpener Stone Oil – gotta keep the whole kit locked and loaded, ya know? This 4.5 oz can is gonna be clutch for keepin' my stones smooth and ready to rock. It's in a cool little tin can, which is kinda old-school and dig it. Plus, it's made in Mexico, represent! Haven't actually slicked up my stones with it yet, but you just know this is the good stuff to get that proper edge.If you're serious about keepin' your blades sharp and your sharpening game strong, you gotta have the right oil. This Norton stuff looks like it's gonna do the trick. Can't be caught slippin' with dull tools, feel me? This oil's a must-have for the serious sharpener. This is my second purchase of this oil. This review represents my personal opinion and experience with this product. Usability
I'm an amateur when comes to sharping a knife! I purchased a sharping stone and was told I would need oil to sharpen my knives. I did research on what oil was the best to use and Norton stone sharping oil had the best reviews. It's a bit pricey, but I purchased it! I just got it today and haven't had time to use it yet! I'll give an update once I use it.
