"Swarovski elements" - those are the words mentioned in the product description. However, the shine and glimmer is missing. Looks like some bad quality Swarovski. Possibly your defective crystals. The design is good but I'm not convinced on the crystals.

Quality is very bad. The golden part has turned black. Golden polish has faded.

The design is very beautiful. The gold plating has worn off. Hence it doesn't shine as much. The picture shows the discoloration. Its light and wearable otherwise.
