Reliable Replacement Pad for Steamboy T1-5 Pack

The replacement pads came on time. They are well made, fit well, and are easy to use.Thanks for the quick service and quality product.

Easy to put on but can fall off due to the edge of mop head is chipped. Otherwise great and easy to clean, pick up alot of dirt.

It is hard to find triangular shaped steam mop pads so I took a chance on these. They are thin compared to the ones that came with my steam mop. I do use them because they serve the purpose. I just wish the bottom was thicker. You get what you pay for.

I have ordered direct from Reliable corp to be sure I am getting a true Steamboy replacement pad. The 5 pack I got thru Meema Enterprise is a knockoff, the material is like a limp fish,not at all the quality of Reliable. If I were Reliable Corp I would jump on this as it is so disappointing to receive such a poor quality pad that does not fit and falls off no matter how tight you tighten it.Next time I will call Reliable Corp direct and get the proper pad.

These replacement pads are somewhat better fitting that the original ones purchased with the Steamboy. However, the pads were advertised as a 5-pack. Sometime after receiving the product, I opened the package and found it to contain only four pads. I contacted Amazon.com which basically said, "Not our problem, contact the distributor." Amazon did give me the distributor name....don't recall it at the moment...I went to that website, did not find a telephone number but was able to provide an e-mail giving all the details through the website. I've never heard from the distributor in any manner.

I cannot live without the extra pads. I have a Walmart kids' foam floor that covers my entire living room floor. It is VERY hard to clean and gets filthy fast with twin boys and their crew of friends and playdates. The pads are great and this seller is good, sending the pads in a reasonable amount of time.I need multiple pads for the hardwood vs. the Walmart playmat. If you buy a T1 Steamboy just know that you should probably have a few on hand for larger homes.

These are probably copycat pads, but so what? They fit the head of the steamer better. One of my problems was that the originals kept coming off during cleaning. Since these wrap around the head more, I do not expect that to happen.They do not seem to be quite as thick as the originals, but they are thick enough to do the job, and, at this price, I can get plenty more.
