Worked great, had a major surgery and very little bruising.

Great seller, and a truly great product! I ALWAYS keep it in the house in case I overdo it at the gym or get some kind of a sprain or strain! I must be a klutz because i often find that I've bruised myself. The first thing I do is run to the Arnika! It really seems to stop the really bad bruising.

Great product - though crazy expensive! For 14 capsules over $35.00!But the bromaleine and arnica combo work beautifully speeding the healing process. I added a full cup of fresh pineapple and had to buy another bottle of arnica forte - one bottle lasts between 7-3.5 days depending if you take 1x2 daily or 2x2 .

This product is truly a game changer for those prepping for any sort of surgery or aesthetic injectables. I had rhinoplasty back in December and started taking this 3-5 days before my surgery and it was AMAZING. Most people get fully raccoon eyed after surgery and I didn’t even get a single bit of a black eye at any point post-op. By day 6 post surgery, my slight bruises were already turning yellow and healing. My doctor was blown away with how minimal by bruising and swelling was throughout the 1 week post op process.
