Does this version come with the same user guide/functions manual like the regular edition?

Yes, all versions have the same user guide / manual. However, suggest to take a look at the different versions to see which is your preference before you buy. HP 12c Platinum seems to be the new version of the standard HP 12c with much faster speed in the calculation of IRR; and, the 25th anniversary edition I owned has a semi-hard leather case which may not be available now at standard price. The limited 30 anniversary edition of the standard 12c which I also own is an exact version of the original 12c though the batteries are different and the speed is much faster in the calculation of IRR (same as HP12c Platinum). Take a look at the Amazon web page and decide for yourself. You may finally decide to buy both versions if you are really an HP 12c fan like me. Good luck!
