Update: Reduced stars after 9 months of use because all units are rusting. I will be looking for another brand.I purchased and installed 3 units in November for my short-term rental. One of the units fell down in January. The base/wall mount bracket along with the canister fell. Nothing shattered or was damaged. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement of only the base/wall mount component as it could not be rehung due to the hardened silicone glue and they did sent me a new one at no extra charge! So far all have stayed up well since then, although it’s been only a few more months.This unit looks very professional and high quality for my short term rental property. The plastic is a nice grade of thick hard plastic with a textured finish that imparts a premium feel. The canisters very firmly lock into the wall bracket so they cannot easily come out during use. So far guests have not dropped the canisters. Even though you can’t see how filled they are without opening, my cleaning team seems to keep them filled with no problems.I will also mention that the stainless steal has started rusting a bit. Not so bad that I think it takes away from the product but worth mentioning since they are under 6 months old when the first tiny bits of rust appeared. Definitely mount these on a wall that is away from the flow or splash of water as much as possible.I will order a 4th unit. I do like that the canisters do not easily come out and the design of this product. The other style of wall mount product dispensers that I previously used easily allow the canisters to come out. Guests are always accidentally dislodging them and they shatter and must be replaced.

*Update: after a month and a half, my drizzle came crashing down. I took one star away, but I still love this product! I'll be finding a better adhesive to get it back up, but the product itself is still wonderful. It took a pretty good fall, all 3 units were full and it fell about 4 feet. While pieces popped off, nothing broke and all the pumps still work as before. Still a great product, you'll just have to find an adhesive that works for your surface.*So far, I'm very pleased with this! The first thing I noticed when unboxing was a notice regarding priming the pumps before installing, which tells me this seller listened to their clients previous concerns! I followed all directions to a "T", including cleaning the tiles, then wiping with the included alcohol prep pad prior to installation. I added a generousus amount the enclosed adhesive and let it sit for several hours (the instructions recommend 6 hours, I left it for 12). Two of the pumps primed almost instantly, while one took about 10 minutes of pumping, so be patient. Once I was confident the adhesive was set, I placed the pumps in and filled them each about 1/3 of the way to make sure everything worked with minimal waste. Even my super thick conditioner comes out nicely. I appreciate the small amount released at a time as I have young kids and this will help minimize waste. Overall, I'm very happy with this product and I love how sleek they look. It's only been a couple of days, and I will definitely update if anything changes, but so far so good!

the instructions need to include a priming procedure. i noticed many complaints about the pumps not dispensing product-because I primed the pumps-they work perfectly!.I typically go directly to the negative reviews before determining whether to order a product. my questions is-are folks not reading and following instructions or is the product "bad"Thankfully, after reading countless reviews stating customers could not get the pumps to work-I accidentally read someone who primed their pumps with water before adding shower and hair products. and, I would add-it took almost 2-5 minutes per pump to prime with water! it was worth it-The pumps like I said, work great even with my thick shampoo and conditioner!the many post stating the adhesion caulk and strips provided were useless-I would agree 100%. we gave that method a try following all directions-even leaving unit a full 48 hours before using the shower. I had replaced the 1954 faucet with separate hot/cold knobs with a single modern shower faucet. In so doing the 1954 ceramic tile and that shower wall had to be removed. In my desire to reuse the old ceramic tile that had been removed to upgrade the plumbing...I had soaked tiles in metricate acid to remove old mortar-so, thinking...ok, they have to be pretty porous, I would give the adhesion method a try. After a total of 9 showers, I was pleased that I had remembered to put down the shower mat before entering the tub as when the system fell, the mat kept it no doubt from smashing to smithereens!I took a step back and decided to go spend the $10 to get the special drill bill to drill into the ceramic tile to attach the system with screws. I also, caulked around the frame to keep water from getting behind the plate and producing mold.Great product-poor incomplete instructions! This bracket needs to be screwed and caulked!
