What is the expiration date on the product?

The expiration date is 1/2020. It’s still good after that. They just can’t sell it after that per the F.D.A.

is this concentrated, if so how is it mixed and how much can i get from this bottle?

This is concentrated, and mixing it is to the users own taste i would recommend starting off 1/8 flavor to 7/8 water then increasing the concentration until you find your own preferred taste. i get probably 5 -7 large cups out of this depending on the strength i make it.

Are you supposed to refrigerate Vimto after opening?

If you're drinking it reasonably frequently or have cool British weather, it's fine. However, I live in the USA these days. The hot summers can mess with it if you don't drink it frequently. We ended up tossing a bottle after the flavor went off and the color changed. Now we keep it in the fridge once it's open & it stays nice and fresh.
