These things are so AMAZING!!! I deal with hell every spring and summer as it gets hot out my hands and feet sweat like crazy as soon as I step outdoors. So u can imagine when I'm wearing sandals I'm slipping and sliding all over the place which usually cause my feet to be in pain trying to keep the sandal in place :-(.I have put these babies in all my favorite shoes and the slipping and sliding has STOPPED!!!!I wish I would have found these ages ago seriously.I will def be buying more soon I cant live without these babies. It doesn't hurt just to try them for yourself and see how you like them. :-)and FYI I wear a size 11 so the only cutting I do is to split the fabric through the thong of a sandal. Other than that it fits my shoes perfectly.

These worked pretty well for the first few days, but I'm disappointed in how bad of shape they are in after less than two weeks. They also smell horrible. I've never had that happen with my work shoes before. At this rate I would have to replace them every few weeks. At over $30 for three pairs, that's not going to happen.

Not bad at all .I put them in close toe choose. It really honestly depends on the perspiration of your feet. I think for $8 if you're trying to absorb perspiration this is not the way to go.... if you're trying to stop from slipping around this is probably a decent buy .I may purchase again .....if your feet perspire a lot they are only going to last you a good week or two depending on how often you wear the shoes you put them in. I wish I could be more help it depends on your own body shoe type and the frequency and length of wear .My feet perspire profusely and I wore the inserts more than 10 hours a day twice a week They are starting to smell.spend wisely I would say and be cautious. Compared to my other close toe shoes that do not have any inserts at all these are miraculous .... but they make inserts at Walmart that you can throw away every 2 days or so for $1

I used these in my sandals during a trip to Legoland, SeaWorld and Disneyland. They really helped make my sandals feel much more comfortable. I sweat a lot when I’m hot, and my feet get slippery, so I thought I’d give these a try and they really worked very very well. The only downside was that at the end of my trip, the material already looked rather worn and was starting to get fuzzy. Still, they served their purpose. I just hope they end up lasting longer than just a couple weeks. The price is high if they only last that long. Still, I’d probably buy them again anyway. They made my feet feel so much drier during those long walks at theme parks that I personally find it worth it!

I put these in brand new basic ballet flats, because that’s what I wear at my “business professional attire” job... and yikes! I wore them for one day, literally, and it was gross. Maybe it’s because I walk around a lot and these aren’t meant for that, but it was not ok. My feet were hot, abnormally sweaty, and smelled like Mike Tyson’s gym shoes...which I assume are stank nasty (and rightfully so). One day of wear resulted in such offensive stench? Nope. DO NOT DO IT!I’m trying washable inserts instead... so I don’t have to throw away sticky, smelly shoe inserts daily. #gogreen

These worked great on my open-toed sandals. They were very easy to trim, were thin enough that they did not affect the way the existing sandal straps fit, and stayed all day. I had a weird seam ridge on these sandals that irritated my feet, and the liners covered it nicely, letting me wear the sandals easily all day. I did experience a bit of liner lifting when I went to put them away that night.

I so needed these for a pair of travel booties and a pair of sandals! The soles of my feet would get sore from rubbing even when I wore socks with my booties. These gave enough friction such that my soles didn't get sore anymore. I also wore these in a pair of sandals that were kind of loose and the footbed was also slippery so my foot would slide off the side. They do tend to look dirty after a while so I changed them in the sandals after a summer. As other reviewers have commented, they are sometimes too narrow to fit the entire footbed...so I just bought the wide version and trimmed them down. I just wish the wide version came inpacks of three!

Just received the insoles and immediately put them onto my favorite sandals. I have incredibly sweaty feet, I've never been able to wear any sort of sandals without constantly slipping and tripping, which is really embarrassing and very dangerous. As a result I have spent most of my life wearing full shoes with socks, even in the summer. I don't know how girls can freely wear sandals and heels without killing themselves, considering all human feet sweat. It's ridiculous that no shoe store sells anti-slip insoles!! This product does indeed seem to help with sweat absorption, although I still slide around, just not as much as without them (so far). The main problem however is that the adhesive is very weak and the insoles refuse to stay in place (the sandals I placed them on are flat, so it's not a matter of the shoe angle). I may have to secure them with super glue before I even think of going outside.This product is OK, definitely better than anything else I bought so far, but it's not perfect. If anything changes I'll be sure to post another review :)

I suffer quite badly from hyperhidrosis in my hands, armpits and feet and I put these on high heeled sandals. They definitely don't stop your feet from sweating but they do stop you from slipping and falling over! I was able to run and jump without sliding around my shoes. Would totally recommend to anyone with bad sweaty feet. Super quick delivery, too, which was great!

These have turned the stained inside of my shoes new again. I recommend these. If your shoes are perfectly fine on the outside but are stained/old-looking on the inside and you are ashamed of taking them off, then buy these! They make the pair of shoes look like new.

I have suffered with hyperhidrosis all my life and have always struggle to wear open toed heels. The soles were slightly too large for me (Size 5) however they are easy to cut and means I could mould them to the perfect shape!These soles were perfect inside my new heels and for the first time in my life I have managed to wear open toed shoes! 6 months later and they are still holding on tight!Couldn't thank you enough!

These insoles are as described and arrived quickly. I’ve bought them to stick inside my sandals, I trimmed them a little and are fine, I’m a size 6 shoe. I can’t comment yet on how long they last as I’ve only worn them once but are doing the job.
