An excellent resource for any level of operations management and operational improvement leaders. I am a seasoned executive and I found this book to have information that enhanced my knowledge.

Book said it was used and was pristine looked as if it had just come out of the plastic! Highly recommend this seller!

Great book! A lot of good material

I can't tell if I dislike this book simply because of the course I had to take or because I don't feel like it pertains to me. As a healthcare provider who doesn't really deal with the business aspect of things this book was just a bore and annoying to read. Seemed awfully repetative too. I'm sure to people who are into this stuff it's a great book. As a medical student it stunk. I had to buy it for class and hope to never have to see this book ever again. With that being said it might be a necessary evil for education and others may enjoy it.

The physical book I rented was sub-par, but the contents of the books itself were great. Very informative and good use if examples.
