No where to put a wall heater, so took plunge to install this product during DIY kitchen reno.No prior experience to install but instructions fairly good to follow with YouTube support.Control via Alexa and App is brilliant, plenty toasty underfoot at 20c and finding heats the room perfectly.Thinking more rooms may get same....

Excellent underfloor heating kits. I bought 3 kits for the Hall, kitchen/family room and dining room. All kits came well packaged and with everything from the 200w mats, thermostats and even the rollers to apply the primers. Was a little worried at the price if the product was going to be any good, no need to worry as I had also order more expensive branded kits to check against just in case. There was hardly any difference in the different kits except with Nassboards everything was included and the price was nearly half compared to the others.Installing the kits was easy and the included thermostast were easy to setup and link to Alexa for voice control.In the hallway my tiler accidently cut in to one of the wires which meant for a couple of weeks I could really tell the difference between having underfloor heating or not. I can tell you anyone thinking of porcelain tiles the UFH is a must.After 2 weeks of trying to source a UFH engineer I tried asking for help from Nassbourds, Martin very quickly put me in touch with Mike a UFH engineer. Martin reassured me the Mike would get the work done very professionally. What a great guy and would recommend him to anyone, he arrived on time and spent his time to avoid any unecessary breakage of tiles and tested everything with his equipment before leaving.Everything is working perfectly and warms up very quickly. The WiFi controllers are so easy to set up and haven't lost connection ever. Really pleased with them and having tried others 3 times the cost I found these the best.Highly recommended for value for money and quality. I bought three kits and only had an issue with one which was due to my fitter and even then nassboard helped as it was there own issue. Great customer service.If there is any issue its that the contact number is always busy, but if you email them which is what I did the response back is very prompt, I suppose the lines are just busy due to the great cost effective products provided.

Great value and nicely prepared kit with all the bits you need to install including very good tape.

Great product, this is my fourth kit and I will be buying more as I continue renovating my house. Everything you need comes in the kit. My only gripe is I personally find the control panel hard to program with the instructions a little lacking on information and unclear but maybe that’s me.

I fitted this as per the instructions given without any issues.The connection on the 'hot' wire needs a deep channel to sit in, just make sure you do this prior final fitting/tiling. The floor primer dries quickly so no waiting around. i used 6mm hardibacker board (height build up issue)screwed to floorboards securely.I tiled (600x300) straight on top of the mat using a plastic trowel and it wasn't a problem.Tip..I did a dry fit of the tiles I could measure and cut to limit the times I was standing/kneeling on the mat. (Bathroom, so not easy to access nor room to manoeuvre)I have only used the heating a couple of times as there is no great need now its getting warmer.I'm pleased with my purchase and the results..2m² mat in a small family bathroom.

This is a great mat for its price, however I do wish the instructions had been better. Still don’t know how to change settings

I ordered the Nassboards Premium Pro underfloor heating kit early March 2022 which arrived well packaged, earlier than expected, with easy to understand instructions. A few days later I had installed it and tiled the new shower room floor.Only this week, end of April did the electrician turn up to install the thermostat and connect the electrics. After he had powered it up he showed me a dark mark on the screen, indicating damage.I sent photos of the screen to Nassboards, by email, and within an hour they replied saying they would send a replacement. In less than 24 hours it was delivered!No arguments about who, when or how the Thermostat was damaged. No quibble, just first class Customer Service. THANK YOU NASSBOARDS, you're a rare breed!
